First of all, we would like to state the following: There should be no perception that I cannot do skiing and snowboarding techniques, that I cannot ski. I and we learn skiing and snowboarding, we ski; we learn and our children learn. We recommend you to have this perception. From 3 years old to 80 years old, men and women can learn skiing & snowboarding and ski on the slopes.

Once learned, skiing & snowboarding techniques are never forgotten through reflexes and joint movements. For example, driving, swimming or cycling; no matter how many years pass, you can still ski & snowboard on the slopes.

Of course, people may not know some subjects, this is natural. Unknown subjects have theoretical and technical teaching. We will give you ski & snowboard education and training; you will learn and you will ski & snowboard on the ski & snowboard slopes in a pleasant way.

Ski & Snowboard Education and Training

1. Attaching and Removing Skis Correctly

On the ski slopes, on flat areas with a low slope, you are taught how to bind, put on and take off your skis with ski shoes. This is the first step towards a safe start in skiing.

2. Improving Body Reflexes and Balance

Ski walking and balance exercises are practiced so that your body’s joints are comfortable and you can control your reflex movements. This stage allows you to acquire basic reflexes in skiing.

3. Straight Sliding Exercises

On low-slope ski slopes, flat sliding exercises are practiced. These movements help you develop basic balance and sliding sensation. Students learn to maintain body control while sliding.

4. Deceleration and Stopping Techniques

Foot joints are taught to stop and slow down the skis on slopes with 20-25 degree slopes. Stopping techniques and positions are developed in this section.

5. Turning Techniques and Development Exercises

Stopping, slowing down and right-left turns on the piste with skis are developed with exercises. These exercises improve balance, reflexes and control skills.

6. Turning Techniques on Runways with 25-35 Degree Slope

Right-left turning techniques are taught on ski slopes with 25-35 degree slopes. At this stage, reflex movements settle in the joints and the skier gains self-confidence.

Confident and Enjoyable Driving in Skiing and Snowboarding

At the end of this learning process, you will develop simple turns, mountain turns, side slides and parallel movements on skis. Thus, you will learn to ski in a confident and enjoyable way. Parallel skiing allows you to enjoy a safe and fun vacation.
