Learning skiing and snowboarding on your winter vacation is much easier than you think. At Erciyes Ski Center, you can ski confidently on the slopes in a short time by learning both theoretical and practical techniques accompanied by professional instructor Efsane Veysel Hoca.
How Does Ski Training Start?
The first step in ski training is to learn how to use the right equipment. We will show you step by step how to put on and take off ski boots, how to adjust the bindings and how to maintain your balance position. In this process, we aim to develop your body’s natural reflexes and muscle coordination.
Practical Technical Training on the Runway
In our trainings, you will learn basic techniques such as stopping, slowing down, turning left and right on the ski slope. We also provide theoretical information on how to achieve technical control with body position, joint and leg movements. In this way, you develop both balance and control at the same time.
Technical and Theoretical Teaching Stages
In ski and snowboard training, you will learn to shape your body position and realize how your foot and leg joints work. Once you grasp the technical theories, the movements will become embedded in your muscle memory and you will be able to ski the next winter season without any difficulty. What you learn will not be forgotten even after years.
Training Program and Development Process
During the training period every day, you will notice your technical progress every hour. Your sliding balance, stance position and turn control will improve. We plan the duration and date of your training together. Please let us know which days and times you would like to train and we will add your program to our notes.
