WATER IS VITAL
Did you know your body need more water during sports at cold and altitutes of 2000 meter and above ?
According to scientific researchs, the amount of water lost through sweating in such sports in cold weather and require intense effort like skiing and snowboardin is much higher than normal.
In addition, it is also reported by medical authorities that the main cause of post-exercise muscler pains are the reason of lactic acit accumulation in the muscles which can be dispersed by drinking alots of water after exercises
Another research shows that staying hydrated has vital role to prevent injuries during skiing and snowboarding or simialar sports
More over, since dehydration cause our body temperature to drop faster than normal during winter sports it may be the reason of hypothermia
So Please do not forget !
Drinking two or three glasses of water one hour before stepping on the snow , and one to two glasses of water during your performance which will support your muscular systems, and will prevent from muscler cramps and injuiries
Stay hydrated to eliminate negative complaints such as possible headaches, dizziness,fatique,nausea,or muscle stiffness you might be experienced after skiing and snowboarding
